Doors open to public @7:30AM

Breakfast 7:45AM ~ 9:30AM

Weigh in 7:15AM ~ Conclusion

Wrestling Starts @ 8:30AM

Finals – 1,3,5 place matches 6:00PM

Tournament Format

The Cheesehead runs in a "hybrid" bracket.  It is a mix of a scramble or pool play and straight bracket format.  Wrestlers are seeded into a wrestle in round.  The top 16 wrestlers are then put into 4 pools.  After pool play, the top two wrestlers proceed to the 8 man championship bracket and the bottom two proceed to an 8 man consolation bracket.  Both are straight 8 man brackets, with the championship having a full wrestle back to 3rd place.

Wrestlers will have mulitiple matches and all wrestlers will wrestle several matches at an equal ability level.
